Description
Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist die Bereitstellung einer (cloudbasierten) HR-Software, die alle personalbezogenen Prozesse von Recruiting über Personalverwaltung, Zeiterfassung und Abwesenheitsmanagement sowie Self-Service Workflows für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte abbildet. Ein besonderes Augenmerk sollte dabei auf der Anpassbarkeit der Prozesse sowie ausgeprägten Kollaborationsfeatures liegen. Durch die HR-Software sollen viele Prozesse effizient digital abgebildet und Schnittstellen zu anderen Softwareprogrammen z. B. zu DATEV oder einem ERP-System ermöglicht werden. Ziel dieses Auftrags ist es, eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit dem Auftragnehmer zu schließen, die die unter 2.1 bis 2.2 spezifizierten Leistungen abdeckt.
