Beschaffungsgegenstand ist ein neues Personal- und Lohnadministrationssystem für den Kanton und die Stadt Schaffhausen. Die Beschaffung umfasst neben den Softwarelizenzen sämtliche für die Einführung notwendigen Dienstleistungen, die Integration in die bestehenden Systemumgebungen von Kanton und Stadt Schaffhausen sowie Wartungs- und Supportleistungen für die Dauer von 8 Jahren. Die Beschaffung umfasst Optionen für den zukünftigen Ausbau des Systems.
