Description
Het voorwerp van onderhavige opdracht betreft een dienstverlening die verband houdt met de bevoegdheid van de burgemeester om, op grond van de artikelen 133 en 135, §2 van de Nieuwe Gemeentewet (NGW), te waken over de openbare veiligheid en gezondheid binnen de gemeente. De dienstverlening bestaat er in om permanent, d.w.z. 24u op 24u, 7 dagen op 7, en zowel binnen als buiten de diensturen, in te staan voor het opnemen en verzorgen van opdrachten die verband houden met (het vrijwaren van) de openbare veiligheid binnen het grondgebied van de Stad Gent (op privaat of openbaar domein en desgevallend ook aan of in gebouwen).
