Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Beschaffung von Agenturdienstleistungen im Bereich Performance Marketing. Die Leistungen umfassen unter anderem die Entwicklung und Performance Betreuung von Kampagnen, Reporting zum Performance Management sowie die strategische Unterstützung bei der Jahresplanung. Die ideale Agentur sollte umfassende Er-fahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Werbestrategien auf Plattformen wie Meta, Tiktok, YouTube und LinkedIn besitzen.
