Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy, Laurea-ammattikorkeakoulu Oy ja Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu Oy toteuttivat IT-konsultointi 2021–2025 (DPS) dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisäisenä kilpailutuksena Peppi-ohjelmistokokonaisuuden sovellusylläpito- ja jatkokehitys hankinnan. Kilpailutus koski asiakaskohtaista sopimuskautta. Toimeksiannoista sovitaan sopimuskauden aikana.
