Description
De politie heeft t.b.v. van de jaarwisseling 2025/2026 voor de aanschaf van grote pepperspray flacons en bijbehorende draagmiddelen en een pepperspray-product t.b.v. toevoeging aan de waterwerpers van de Politie een onderhandelingsprocedure ex. artikel 2.32 eerste lid onder e van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 op basis van dwingende spoed doorlopen. Het betreft een proefneming waarvan de producten in een later stadium zullen worden toegevoegd aan de toekomstige aanbesteding pepperspray (voorzien voor 2026).
