A Polgári Törvénykönyvről szóló 2013. évi V. törvény., a számvitelről szóló 2000. évi C. törvény (Számv. tv.) rendelkezéseire tekintettel Ajánlatkérő a magyar számviteli szabályok szerinti pénzügyi kimutatásainak könyvvizsgálata a 2025. december 31. napjával és a 2026. december 31. napjával végződő üzleti évekre vonatkozóan és kapcsolódó szakértői szolgáltatások igénybevétele (opcionális feladat) maximum 40 tanácsadói óra időtartamban. -A személyében felelős könyvvizsgáló – vagy meghatalmazottja – személyes részvétele a Társaság Felügyelőbizottságának ülésein a könyvvizsgálattal érintett beszámolóval foglalkozó napirendi pont tárgyalásánál.
