Pour la création d'un atelier d'essais TER sur le site de BHM, la SNCF souhaite se doter de plateformes élévatrices mobiles et motorisés de personnes pour assurer la sécurité de ses agents lors des interventions de maintenance en toiture sur les rames TER 2NNG. Pour cela elle aura besoin de : - 2 PEMP en tranche ferme - 2 PEMP en option
