Description
**NOTE - this is not an above threshold exercise but is a notice to highlight this tender is live on eSourcing NI** The Consultant shall provide the following services of an Architect Led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) with the following capabilities: · Architectural / Design ·Conservation Architect ·Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer ·Quantity Surveyor ·Principal Designer Duties ·NEC4 Project Manager ·NEC4 Supervisor Undertake procurement exercises to collate and provide quotations for further consultant services / surveys required throughout the duration of the project for Contracting Authority approval.
