Serviceleistungen für 36 Monate. Es wird eine Cloud/SaaS-Lösung ausgeschrieben. Aufgrund des Auftragswerts wurde Vergabeverordnung VgV (EU-weit) gewählt. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Auftrag im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb zu vergeben, weil der Auftrag eine innovative und komplexe Lösung umfasst.
