Description
De aanschaf en onderhoud/reparaties van de P&H-monitoren wordt vormgegeven middels een overeenkomsten met één leverancier. Voor deze overeenkomst geldt een initiële looptijd van 6 jaar met daarna de optie om de overeenkomst twee keer met twee jaar te verlengen. Daarna eindigt de overeenkomst van rechtswege. De initiële contractduur van zes jaar sluit aan bij de economische levensduur van de P&H-monitoren, terwijl de optionele verlengingen uitsluitend worden ingezet indien de samenwerking, prijsstelling en prestaties daartoe aanleiding geven. De verlengingen zijn derhalve geen automatisme, maar afhankelijk van expliciete evaluatiemomenten. Bizob besteed voorliggende opdracht aan namens GGD BZO en RAV BMWN.
