Hankintayksikkö pyysi tarjousta tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. PRH hankki Low-code/ No-code-kehitysalustan järjestelmiinsä tehtävää kehitystyötä varten ohjelmistopalveluna. Hankinnan kohde sisälti Low-code/ No-code-kehitysalustan, sen käyttöönottoprojektin ja käyttöoikeudet sekä asiantuntijatyötä. Kilpailutus koski sopimuskautta.
