Description
Narvik municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of a collaboration contractor. Narvik municipality shall renovate and construct a new primary school for 1st - 7th years at Frydenlund in Narvik. The project includes renovation of the existing Gulskola, which is a brick building with four floors from 1912 with a protected facade. Gulskola shall mainly room 5th - 7th years and some special rooms. In addition a new school building shall be constructed that connects to the existing Gulskola. Award criteria
- Price — Completed price form, part 0-B2 - Price Form.
- Quality — Tenderers shall describe how the project is planned for phases 1 and 2, including a description of central areas of responsibility.
- Quality — Tenderers shall offer five key persons as these are defined in the interaction contract annex D1.
