Het doel van onderhavige aanbestedingsprocedure is het op een rechtmatige wijze contracteren van twee (2) leverancier(s) voor het leveren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige participatie dienstverlening tegen marktconforme tarieven conform de eisen van Stedin Groep, alsmede alle daartoe behorende diensten ter ondersteuning van Stedin.
