Description

Partas Co-working Kitchens is a new development for the promotion of food enterprise in South Dublin County and the Greater Dublin Region. It will consist of the development of a co-working kitchen facility and ancillary support services, including dry, cold and frozen storage, together with a food academy for skills development and promotion of sustainable food practices. It will collaborate with and complement the supports being offered by the Culinary Arts Faculty in TU Dublin Tallaght, the forthcoming new Priory Food Market in Tallaght and the scaling-up food hub currently being developed by South Dublin County Council.
