Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών συντήρησης των κτηριακών και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών (Η/Μ) εγκαταστάσεων και συναφών υποδομών του Πολυτεχνείου Κρήτης σύμφωνα με τους όρους και το παράρτημα Α’ «Τεχνικές προδιαγραφές» της υπ΄αριθμ. 4130/07.06.2023 διακήρυξης. Στην παρούσα διαδικασία σύναψης σύμβασης περιλαμβάνονται ανταλλακτικά και αναλώσιμα υλικά ως αυτά ορίζονται στο παράρτημα Α’ «Τεχνικές προδιαγραφές» της π΄αριθμ. 4130/07.06.2023 διακήρυξης.
