Description
De parkeergarage voor P&R-gebruik is het sluitstuk van de nieuwe OV-knoop Ede/Wageningen. Deze OV-knoop zal in twee stappen in gebruik genomen worden: per eind februari 2024 is het nieuwe station in gebruik genomen. Dit betreft de nieuwe ontsluiting naar de perrons via de centrale perrontunnel, het nieuwe stationsgebouw inclusief gebouwde fietsenstalling en het bus/taxi/K&R-plein. Aansluitend zal het restant van het oude station ontmanteld worden en in de zomerperiode van 2024 zal de oude perrontunnel vervangen worden door een tunnel voor langzaam verkeer en zal ook aan de noordzijde een openlucht fietsenstalling en K&R-mogelijkheid geopend worden. Gedurende de jaren 2024 en 2025 zal ook de inrichting van de openbare ruimte in en rondom de OV-knoop plaatsvinden, alsmede de bouw van de P+R-garage. Geschatte opdrachtwaarde € 11.000.000,=
