Statsbygg requests tender offers on a framework agreement for construction work for properties Oslo and Akershus, with the exception of Follo.The framework agreement shall apply to Statsbygg ́s owned and leased properties in Oslo and Akershus, with the exception of Follo and properties covered by the Security Act. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with 5 of the tenderers on the basis of this competition as long as the competition provides the basis for this.
