Description

TVT Asunnot Oy:n omistama alun perin vanhainkodiksi v. 1967 rakennettu palvelutila Turun Vätissä puretaan. Kohteessa on luhtimainen sprinklerillä varustettu kaksikerroksinen osittain kellarillinen päärakennus. Lisäksi puretaan kotihoidon käytössä ollut pienempi yksikerroksinen kellarilla varustettu rakennus. Kerrosalat yhteensä n. 2700 m2.
