Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja seuraavissa liitteissä: - Palvelukuvaus (Liite 1) - Henkilötietojen käsittelyn ehdot (Liite 2.1) - Tietoturvavaatimukset arviointilomake (Liite 2.2) - Tietoturvavaatimukset sopimusliite (Liite 2.3) - Julkisten hankintojen yleiset sopimusehdot JYSE 2025 Palvelut (Liite 3) - Sopimusluonnos (Liite 4) Sopimus tulee voimaan allekirjoitushetkellä ja on voimassa yksi (1) vuotta, minkä jälkeen se voi jatkua toistaiseksi voimassa olevana kolmen (3) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla. Arvioitu sopimuskauden alkamisajankohta on 1.6.2026.
