Description
Hankinnan kohteena oli Yleisradio Oy:n paketti- ja rahtikuljetuspalvelu, sekä tapahtumalogistiikka että tullauspalvelut. Alla tarkemmin eriteltynä hankinnan sisältämät palvelukokonaisuudet: 1. Kotimaan lähetykset 2. Ulkomaan lähetykset 3. Koti- ja ulkomaan pienrahti 4. Tapahtumalogistiikka 5. Tullauspalvelut ja tullauksen tukipalvelut Hankintaa ei oltu jaettu osiin. Tarjoajan tuli tarjota kaikkia hankinnan kohteessa kuvattuja palvelukokonaisuuksia. Yleisradio Oy valitsi yhden (1) palveluntuottajan, jonka kanssa se tekee sopimuksen. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta. Tämän jälkeen Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimuskautta vielä enintään yhden (1) optiovuoden ajan. Hankinta oli tarkemmin kuvattuna tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Jälki-ilmoituksessa ilmoitettu hankinnan arvo perustuu Yleisradio Oy:n arvioon ostomäärästä sopimuskauden aikana (ennakoitu arvo), ilmoitettu arvo ei ole sitova.
