Description
Hankija soetab hangitud elektrienergiast eraldi sõlmitava lepingu alusel elektrienergia päritolutunnistuse kustutamise kinnituskirja hankija poolt seotud hanke käigus ette määratud mahu ja perioodi ulatuses. Sobivad Eestis või teises Euroopa Liidu liikmesriigis väljastatud ja Eesti päritolutunnistuste registris hankija kasuks kustutatud päritolutunnistused. Kustutamise kinnituskiri väljastatakse Ostjale hiljemalt hankelepingus sätestatud tähtajaks.
