Hankintayksiköt varaavat oikeuden päätyä kumpikin omiin sopimuksiinsa. Yhteishankinnassa hankitaan, alkaen 1.1.2025, talous- ja 1.5.2025 alkaen henkilöstö- ja palkkahallinnon järjestelmät ja palvelut ns. SaaS-järjestelminä sekä palveluina.
