Description
Die Klinik für bildgebende Diagnostik der Vetsuisse-Fakultät Universität Zürich plant die Beschaffung eines Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) zur Archivierung des Bildmaterials der verschiedenen Kliniken und Institute auf ZI (Zentrale Informatik) Server der Universität Zürich. Die Bezeichnung „PACS“ meint in diesem Pflichtenheft ein System bestehend aus: Migration der Daten vom bisherigen PACS (ca. 180'000 Studien der letzten 10 Jahre), Kommunikation, mit integrierter Befundung und Spracherkennung (Aktuell im Einsatz: Nuance DMSK), Bildverteilung, webbasiertem Portal für Zuweiser und Besitzer, erweiterte Bildbearbeitung, Service/Support und Installation/Schulung.
