Obiectul acordului - cadru îl reprezintă achiziționarea de pachete software IT (licențe Microsoft), necesare atât pentru personalul didactic, de cercetare și nedidactic angajat al ASE cât și pentru studenții / cursanții ASE, prin încheierea unui acord cadru de furnizare, cu un singur operator economic, pe o perioadă de 48 de luni. Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este: 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Răspunsul consolidat la solicitările de clarificări va fi publicat în a 11 -a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
