Het doel van deze aanbesteding is te komen tot een IT Cloud Overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering van een P2P- en Contractmanagement oplossing incl. beheer, support en doorontwikkeling aan Hogeschool Utrecht. De Opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver die de Inschrijving met de Beste Prijs-Kwaliteitsverhouding (Beste PKV) heeft ingediend.
