Description
Die Stadt Essen beabsichtigt auf einem städtischen Grundstück in direkter Nachbarschaft zum S-Bahnhof Essen-Kettwig eine Parkpalette für ca. 120 PKW Stellplätze zu errichten. Das Grundstück mit ca. 1.840 qm dient derzeit als temporäre Stellplatzanlage für Nutzer*innen des ÖPNV. Die Fläche ist rudimentär befestigt und liegt zwischen der Ruhrtalstraße im Nordwesten und der Gleistrasse der deutschen Bundesbahn im Südosten. Die Parkanlage soll als Parkdeck in modularer Systembauweise am Standort planungsrechtlich zulässig und baurechtlich genehmigungsfähig sein. Die Fassade sollte dem angrenzenden Denkmal "alter Bahnhof Kettwig" untergeordnet und schonend angepasst werden (z.B.. Begrünte Fassade)
