About the procurementThis Stimulab project shall contribute to NAV providing more uniform and coordinated services and benefits, across government and municipalities, to young users under the age of 30. The coordination encounters challenges in rules, financing, organisation and assignment sharing. Assistance is thus wanted in carrying out experimentation across management levels at the intersection of politics and management with the user ́s needs at the centre.
