Tarjouspyyntö perustui Hansel Oy:n Viestintä- ja markkinointipalvelut 2020-2026 (DPS) -dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään ja sen luokkaan 2 "Erillispalvelut". Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyivät mediaseurannan ohjelmistopalvelu ja kvartaaliraportit, sosiaalisen median kanavien hallintapalvelu sekä tiedotejakelupalvelu. Hankinta koski sopimuskautta. Tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettu hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo oli 60 000–90 000 € (alv 0 %) sopimuskaudella.
