Description
Gasgrid Finland Oy and its subsidiary company Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy (both later referred to as "Gasgrid") are developing the hydrogen transmission infrastructure to promote Finland’s role in the hydrogen economy. Gasgrid has initiated a number of hydrogen infrastructure development projects in Finland and in the Baltic Sea area to strengthen energy self-sufficiency and to promote the creation of hydrogen economy investments in Finland. The procurement covers the Owner’s Engineering services for the hydrogen transmission pipeline projects (later “OE services”). The main purpose of the OE services is to ensure that the engineering and construction of the onshore and station projects and offshore projects are implemented in accordance with a high standard of workmanship and quality, on project schedule, and within a budget. The OE services will consist of two separate parts: Part 1: OE services for onshore projects (Part 1) and Part 2: OE partner for offshore projects (Part 2) Gasgrid will select two (2) partners for Owner’s Engineering services.
