Description
Het doel van de opdracht is het leveren van Overige bakproducten voor bakkerijen van DJI waardoor zij op professionele wijze kunnen bakken. DJI heeft drie bakkerijen waar gedetineerden tijdens detentie kunnen leren en werken. Dit is bij de Penitentiaire Inrichtingen van Krimpen aan den IJssel, Nieuwegein en Zaanstad. Hier ontwikkelen gedetineerden werknemersvaardigheden die na detentie ook waardevol zijn voor werk in de horeca en voedingsmiddelenindustrie. De geraamde waarde voor is vastgesteld op een bedrag van € 950.000,-.
