Description
OCMW Wichelen streeft met het Zorgproject Molenkouter naar een innovatief woon- en zorgconcept met multifunctionele woonvormen (woontypologieën) en voorzieningen voor verschillende kwetsbare doelgroepen. Volgende doelstellingen stelt OCMW Wichelen in het kader van het Zorgproject Molenkouter dan ook voorop: - Een inclusief en leeftijdsonafhankelijk woonaanbod creëren; - Een flexibele invulling van de woongelegenheden en vraaggestuurde zorgondersteuning faciliteren; - Het versterken van het buurtweefsel. OCMW Wichelen wenst daarbij in het bijzonder (en in een eerste fase) 54 zorgflats te realiseren, alsook een dagverzorgingscentrum (met desgevallend de mogelijkheid tot nachtopvang) en een lokaal dienstencentrum. Daarbij wordt ook in de realisatie van een parking voorzien.
