Description

Waterschap Hollandse Delta (WSHD) nodigt marktpartijen uit om in te schrijven op een opdracht voor de levering, installatie en het onderhoud van multifunctionele printapparatuur (multifunctionals) op basis van een operationele leaseconstructie. Deze apparatuur moet voorzien in de print-, kopieer- en scanbehoeften van de organisatie.  De opdracht omvat de volgende onderdelen:  Levering van circa 35 multifunctionals, te plaatsen op diverse locaties van WSHD;  Implementatie van een print- en scanmanagementoplossing (Software as a Service) die geschikt is voor de geleverde apparatuur;  Volledig beheer en onderhoud van de multifunctionals, inclusief het verhelpen van storingen en het uitvoeren van reparaties;  Levering op locatie van verbruiksmaterialen en onderdelen, zoals toners (papier is uitgesloten);  Integratie van Follow-Me functionaliteit, inclusief de benodigde kaartlezers;  Levering van software voor mobiel printen, zodat gebruikers ook vanaf mobiele apparaten kunnen printen;  Aanlevering van beheersoftware voor monitoring en rapportage;  Training en instructie voor eindgebruikers en beheerders.
