Description
The Finnish Broadcasting Company (hereinafter also referred to as "Yle") carried out tender competition for outside broadcast vehicle services in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. THE OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT One of the cornerstones of Yle’s tv-operations are productions, which are made with outside broadcasting vehicles (later also OB vehicles). Yle owns some OB vehicles but they don’t always cover all the needs due to the high volume of concurrent productions. Therefore, Yle needs to procure OB vehicles as a service from suppliers that are capable of tight collaboration with Yle. Objective of this procurement is to find flexible and precisely allocated services for Yle’s variable OB vehicle production needs. The procurement is divided into two (2) lots: ● Lot 1, Large size OB vehicle services ● Lot 2, Mid size OB vehicle services As this framework agreement was separated into two (2) lots, the tenderer had the opportunity to participate in both lots or only one of the two, if they wished so.
