Description

Voor het CAK is goede communicatie met de burgers, primair in Nederland, maar ook in het buitenland belangrijk. Anno 2024 is het versturen van fysieke post in de uitvoering van de dienstverlening aan burgers voor ‘CAK regelingen’ nog steeds een fundamenteel contactinstrument. Bijna dagelijks verstuurt het CAK diverse fysieke uitingen per post aan verschillende klantengroepen met als doel hen te informeren dan wel te activeren, om informatie in te winnen, een aankondiging te doen, of om een beschikking of facturen te sturen. Het CAK heeft met deze aanbesteding tot doel een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer. De te contracteren Opdrachtnemer realiseert voor het CAK deze uitingen op basis van de door het CAK aangeleverde data, receptuur en conform het programma van eisen. 4.250.000
