Description
Dit dossier betreft de vervanging van onderstaande printtoestellen. Voor Fluvius: • Momenteel zijn er 4 Groot Volume Printers (GVP) waarvan 2 opgesteld staan in het Kopieercentrum in Melle en 2 in de campus in Hasselt. Deze 4 toestellen dienen vervangen te worden door 2 toestellen. 1 toestel in Melle en 1 in Hasselt. • 221 multifunctionele printers (MFP’s) • 18 netwerkprinters Voor De Stroomlijn: • 5 multifunctionele printers • 9 netwerkprinters Onder “Groot Volume Printer” (GVP) verstaan we een printer die in staat is om documenten in grote hoeveelheden af te drukken, en eventueel nog na te bewerken (vouwen, nieten, …). Een multifunctionele printer (MFP) is een printer waar men naast het afdrukken ook documenten kan kopiëren en scannen. Netwerkprinters zijn toestellen die louter lage volumes kunnen afdrukken. Voor elk type printer wenst Fluvius bijhorende onderstaande diensten: • Levering en plaatsing van de toestellen over alle Fluvius sites heen; • De nodige configuraties voorzien op de toestellen; • Beheer van drivers en hun instellingen; • Monitoring en rapportering van de toestellen; • Proactief onderhoud en de nodige herstellingen op de toestellen; • Proactief tonermanagem…
