Oulun Tilapalvelut -liikelaitoksen EU-jälki-ilmoitus (tämä ei ole tarjouspyyntö). Oulun Tilapalvelut on hakenut palveluntuottajia toteuttamaan Tilapalveluiden hallinnoimien kiinteistöjen lukitus- ja kulunhallintapalveluita. Puitejärjestelyyn valittiin yksi palveluntuottaja tuottamaan lukostonhallinnan palveluita ja yksi palveluntuottaja tuottamaan kulunvalvontahallinnan palveluita (Esmikko).
