Otręby pszenne paszowe. Produkt ten będzie użyty do produkcji pasz dla zwierząt. Stawka VAT zgodnie z kategorią pożywienia dla zwierząt, która jest zaklasyfikowana do działów (kodów) nomenklatury scalonej (CN), wymieniona w załączniku nr 10 do ustawy o VAT. Zamawiający zamawia 25 tony otrąb, loco magazyn ZD Pawłowice. Otręby pszenne, paszowe winny spełniać n/w parametry: - wilgotność do 14%. - zanieczyszczenia do 7%. - zawartość białka ogólnego - minimum 14% - zawartość włókna surowego poniżej 9%. Parametry jakościowe: aflatoksyna B-1 – poniżej 0,02 mg/kg deoksyniwalenol – poniżej 8 mg/kg zearalenon – poniżej 2 mg/kg ochratoksyna A – poniżej 0,25 mg/kg beztlenowce – nieobecne w 0,1 g salmonella – nieobecna w 0,1 g Zamawiający jest podatnikiem podatku rolnego i zamawiany produkt wykorzysta na potrzeby własne.
