Основна цел на процедурата е осигуряването на самолетни билети за превоз по въздух на пътници и багаж при служебни пътувания в страната и в чужбина на служителите на ИИКТ-БАН, с възможност за приемане на заявки в работно и извън работно време, включително през почивни и празнични дни, по 24 /двадесет и четири/ часа в денонощие, 365 /триста шестдесет и пет/ дни в годината.
