Description
Tällä osallistumispyynnöllä Verohallinto (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää osallistumishakemuksia. Hankinnan kohteena on Cyber Security Service Center -palvelun hankinta. Verohallinto hakee yhteistyökumppania vastamaan yhdessä Verohallinnon kanssa tuottamaan hankittavaa palvelua. Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteellä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus" ja muissa liitteissä. Hankinta toteutetaan hankintalain mukaisella neuvottelumenettelyllä. Neuvottelumenettelyyn tullaan kutsumaan enintään 3 tarjoajaa. Verohallinto tulee valitsemaan kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden palveluntuottajan ja yhden palveluntuottajan varasijalle.
