Die Marktgemeinde Bad Schwanberg beabsichtigt derzeit die Errichtung eines Ärztezentrums. Im Zuge der Errichtung des Ärztezentrums werden nunmehr Bauüberwachungsleistungen (ÖBA) sowie Leistungen der BauKG benötigt und sollen diese im Rahmen des gegenständlichen Vergabeverfahrens an einen Auftragnehmer vergeben werden.
