Předmětem veřejné zakázky je činnost související s pořádáním národních veslařských soutěží a testů pod patronací zadavatele na území České republiky (dále jen „veslařské sportovní soutěže“), jakož i výcvikových táborů a soustředění za účelem přípravy sportovců na veslařské sportovní soutěže, a to včetně zajištění pronájmu příslušného sportoviště, sportovního materiálu a souvisejícího technického zázemí po dobu konání veslařských sportovních soutěží.
