Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen organisatorischen Brandschutzes sowie der Hindernisfreiheit gemäss SIA 500 in den (ca. 50) Bestandsgebäuden der Universität Zürich. Durch regelmässige Begehungen werden Mängel systematisch erfasst, bewertet und digital dokumentiert. Dadurch wird eine klare Grundlage für die Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Massnahmen geschaffen.
