Description

Le présent marché public a pour objet l'organisation de séjours pour les enfants et les jeunes de 4 à 17 ans de la ville de Corbeil-Essonnes. Cette consultation est divisée en quatre (4) lots séparés constituant chacun un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 2°, R. 2131-14 et R. 2123-1 3° du Code de la Commande Publique. Les présents marchés sont des accords-cadres à bons de commande à prix unitaires, conformément aux articles R. 2162-2 à 4 du Code de la Commande Publique. Ils sont conclus sans montant minimum annuel de commande et avec les montants maximums annuels de commande suivants : Lot 1 - Séjours hiver - 4-11 ans révolus - Montant : 60 000 euros H.T. Lot 2 - Séjours été - 4-11 ans révolus - Montant : 120 000 euros H.T. Lot 3 - Séjours hiver - 12-17 ans révolus - Montant : 60 000 euros H.T. Lot 4 - Séjours été - 12-17 ans révolus - Montant : 100 000 euros H.T.
