Publicatie onder voorbehoud goedkeuring bestek door de gemeenteraad op 25/11/2025 Toelichting: De opdracht omvat de organisatie van voor- en naschoolse opvang, volledig volgens de bepalingen van het BOA decreet. De aanbieder moet opvang organiseren tijdens de schoolperiodes en op schoolvrije dagen in de verschillende scholen op het grondgebied van Halle en eventueel vakantieopvang organiseren tijdens de schoolvakanties. De aanbesteder verwacht van de aanbieder een gedegen personeelsbeleid te voeren en in te staan voor inschrijvingen, de communicatie en facturatie. Dit wordt later in de opdracht nog gespecifieerd. Plaats van dienstverlening: diverse locaties te Halle in de ter beschikking gestelde lokalen van de deelnemende onderwijsinstellingen.
