Ajánlatkérő rendelkezik 2024. decemberében megkötött, 3 évre szóló Oracle ULA keretszerződéssel (Oracle ULA -Unlimited License Agreement (Korlátlanul Telepíthető Programok szállítása), időszak: 2024.12.30 – 2027.12.29, CSI93880435 gyártói rendelés azonosító), mely 1 éves gyártói supportot is tartalmazott (SZNY-SZ-2024-0310, KIK/2024-00258). Jelen beszerzési eljárás további 24 hónapra, 2027. december 29-ig kívánja az ULA keretszerződéssel lefedett licencek gyártói támogatását meghosszabbítani az alábbi termékekre: • Oracle Diagnostics Pack - Processor Perpetual • Oracle Advanced Compression - Processor Perpetual • Oracle Partitioning - Processor Perpetual • Oracle Tuning Pack - Processor Perpetual • Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Processor Perpetual A részletes követelményeket a műszaki leírás tartalmazza.
