Description

Vlaanderen connect wenst een ‘applicant tracking system’ te implementeren voor het beheer en de opvolging van sollicitanten. Dit systeem dient niet enkel om vacatures te kunnen publiceren en sollicitaties te kunnen ontvangen, maar het volledige rekruteringsproces dient door dit systeem ondersteund te worden, inclusief alle communicatie naar de sollicitanten. Dit heeft als doel de veelheid aan kandidaten die Vlaanderen Connect ontvangt, op een overzichtelijke manier te kunnen opvolgen en zo ook de kandidatenervaring van de sollicitantte verbeteren.
