Les Centres de Services Partagés Recrutement de Optim'Services souhaitent se doter d'un logiciel Saas permettant de gérer leur production. La Solution proposée devra permettre de capter des sollicitations clients et d’outiller l’ensemble des processus nécessaires à leur traitement : instruction d’une sollicitation client ; planification de la production ; élaboration d’une proposition commerciale ; suivi de l’avancement de la production ; préparation du fichier mensuel de facturation ; envoi d’une enquête de satisfaction client ; pilotage de la production et de la performance.
