Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je OPSKRBA ELEKTRIČNOM ENERGIJOM, a sve sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama, troškovniku i ostalim traženim uvjetima iz Dokumentacije o nabavi. Naručitelj provodi ovaj postupak zelene javne nabave i traži da najmanje 50% ukupne električne energije koju će isporučiti odabrani ponuditelj mora biti proizvedeno iz obnovljivih izvora energije (tzv."zelena energija").
