Description
Voorwerp van deze diensten: Het HR Departement van AZ delta heeft verschillende belangrijke opdrachten voor het behalen van de organisatiedoelstellingen. Hiervoor werden een aantal werven gedefinieerd. Een eerste werf is het optimaliseren van HR applicaties en selectie van een payroll-partner (sociaal secretariaat) die AZ Delta ondersteunt bij een data-gedreven besluitvorming om trends te optimaliseren, compliance te waarborgen en strategische beslissingen te ondersteunen. AZ Delta gaat dan ook over tot selectie van een partner voor het beheren van haar payroll (erkend sociaal secretariaat) de “core HR” en het middelenbeheer. Algemene toelichting: Het AZ Delta vzw heeft meerdere vestigingen nl. in Rumbeke Roeselare, Brugsesteenweg Roeselare, Menen en Torhout.
